Procedure to change the fog lights in 2003 Cadillac DTS
You can find the fog lights at the rear of the head light assembly. Try to remove the electrical connections associated to the ballast of the fog lights after removing the hood. You can remove the fog lights ballast by pressing the tab button located on the plug and drawing the electrical connector off from the ballast.
The bulbs are turned in counter-clock wise and remove the bulb from the housing. Replace the new bulb and turn the new bulb in clock wise in order to lock. The electrical plug is reconnected to the fog lights located beneath the ballast.
