Though GM hasn’t revealed any information about the platform on which XTS is based, we can judge it to be based on Buick Lacrosse platform by taking a look at the spy shots of 2012 XTS. 2012 Cadillac XTS will probably be the longest Epsilon-based car. It will initially come with a direct-injection 3.6 liter V6 engine; a hybrid version will probably be added to the lineup later.
Though not regarded as a flagship sedan, a host of unique features are expected to be seen for the 2012 Cadillac DTS replacement model. This full size sedan is likely to make its way into the market in 2012.
